Question:
-----------
Is there a control that can be used to allow a form's user to enter
formatted text into more than one field?
Background:
--------------
I am putting together a form-based customer complaints system for our
business running on Outlook/Exchange.
One element of the system needs to be a documented "Root Cause Analysis" and
consequent "Preventive Action". These are both narrative elements running
anything from a couple of lines to several paragraphs. The Preventive Action
is directly responsive to the Root Cause Analysis, so the two fields need to
be displayed on the same form, and belong (I would suggest) in the same item.
Because of the kind of information involved in these two fields, users
should be able to use formatting to aid clarity and emphasis, but no form can
have more than one Message/RTF control. If I create these as two text fields,
is there a text box control that would allow users to format their narrative?
Hope you can suggest something. TIA
