Formatting a Mail Merge Address Directory

I'm doing a mail merge from Outlook 2002 to Word 2002 for an address directory. The address directory includes name, address, phone number, email, etc... Various parts of a contact's information is broken down by paragraph (i.e. name is one paragrah, address is the next and so on). I can't figure out how to keep one contact's information together so it doesn't split half way on one page and half way on another. I have tried the following

1. Widow Orphan Control - This only works to suppress breaks within a paragrap
2. Keep with Next - This duplicates the entire section on the next page while keeping the partial entry on the first page. For instance, let's assume the name is John Doe, address is 123 Main and city is Anytown, MI. If the page break is between the address and city then the one page would have John Doe, 123 Main and the next page would have John Doe, 123 Main, Anytown, MI
3. Keep Lines Together - same as #

Please help!

Use line breaks (Shift + Enter) rather than paragraph breaks at the ends of
each line in the address block (except the last) and format the paragraph as
"Keep lines together."
