I AM TRYING TO HAVE A ROW TAKE ONLY 9 NUMBERS(sin) AND
SHOW THEM IN FORM 111-111-111 ANY IDES ON HOW TO DO THIS?
I WANT IT TO NOT ALLOW ANY MORE NUMBERS THEN THE NINE.
ALSO I WAS WONDERING IF ITS POSSIBLE WHEN ONE GETS TO A
CELL IF THEY CAN CHOOSE ONLY PRESELECTED OPTIONS LIKE YES
OR NO?

Yup

Don't shout that loud in newsgroups. If we know the answer, we'll give it
anyway ;) ie, don't use CAPS.

OK, here we go:

A row taking only 9 DIGITS!! (LOL): Menu bar: Data, Validation, Set: Allow
text length is equal to length 9. You can set some messages here too etc.
etc. Be polite...

show them in form 111-111-111: Menu bar: Format, Cells, under Number Tab:
choose custom and make a format by typing: 000-000-000

Oof, the preselected option is possible: Choose under menu bar: View,
toolbars, the option: 'forms'. Choose your tool: You might want a 'combo
box', or' list box'. Google around the options of your tool. You should sort
it out yourself from there.

Good luck Carla

Choice Yes/No -- you can also use Data/Validation. Select "List" from the
"Allow" section, then in the list, simply tyle the list of valid entries,
separated by commas (no quotes necessary) -- just enter
Yes
No
and click on the other tabs to assign error messages, etc.
