Formatting changes when emailing another Mac User

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel After I email ppt docs to other mac (& window) users, the copy they receive often has small format changes (i.e. a text wrap is different, fill colors on graphics change, etc.). The mac users are using an identical software version (Home & Student Edition of Office 2008). I have tried sending it in various formats but the problem persists. My fellow workers keep complaining about my docs changing. What should I do?
