Our company has a shared database of States and Cities and we have contacts
for each of the cities within a particular state. We assign tasks (with
contacts attached) to our prospecters to call. However when I setup the
tasks with the contact attached and assign the task to the prospector they
are able to format the notes within the contact (bold, underline, etc). When
my coworker sets up a task with a contact attached and assigns to a
prospector the prospector is not able to format the notes section within the
contact. Is there a setting somewhere that would be causing this? Or is
something else causing the problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
