I have a Word 2000 document that contains a list of addresses in 2 columns.
When I want to print an envelope using one of these addresses, I do it by
selecting the required address, then clicking Tools/Envelopes and Labels.
This copies the selected text into the address field for the envelope. My
problem is that the top and bottom lines of the address are formatted -
bold/undeline/colour and the formatting is not always copied into the
address field. Sometimes it is, and sometimes some of it is - I get the
field in bold but not in colour, and I can't work out any pattern as to why
some work and some don't. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a better
way of doing this? Thanks in advance.
