Formatting Excell cell

i have attached a spread sheet I use to track my monthly
projections. I would like to customize a little
more. Is there a way to somehow tell program to flag
YES w/a RED color and leave No w/a black color in the
cell?? I want it to be automatic if possible. Is
there a chance it can do this?
