Formatting fonts in text fields of forms when entering

Is it possible to format text (font size, color, underline, etc.) in form
fields after entering or does the field have to be formatted already?

I have a form template that has multiple text fields. I would like to be
able to format (color, underline, etc.) the text that I put into the field.
However, it wouldn't always be the same, so it wouldn't do much good to
format the field itself before saving as a template.

Hi Michell,
When the document isn't lock you can easily select the filed and change the
properties of created field (either it is filled or it is empty) then just
navigate to formating pallete, change the colour or simply press APPLE+B for
bolding...

Sorry, but no, the content of a Text Box Form Field in a locked (protected)
form cannot be reformatted when editing - either directly or by the use of a
Style. Whatever the field formatting calls for is what its content will be.
