Formatting getting lost when exporting to word

I have created several reports that I need to email to
various people. I am currently exporting the report to
Word in order to send it to them, however, I am losing
the borders that I put in the report so it is making them
difficult to read. Any ideas??

Snapshot format is the only built in way to retain the graphical elements of your
reports. Otherwise you can go to a third party tool to create PDFs.
