Formatting in Gantt Chart

Hi!

I have 2 questions:
1.how can I apply different colour to different resource name in Gantt
Chart?
2.how can I use different colour in first/second/third level of summary task
(by default, not in template)

Hi,

I have many answers.

1. You change appearance of bars through Bar Styles
2. When conditions you want to apply do not appear as options you can use
Flag fields
3. For instance about the level of summary tasks
- Customize Flag1 field to be Yes when Outline Level is 1 and summary is yes
- Customize Flag 2 field is yes for outline level 2 and summary yes, etc.
3. As for your resoruces
- I think this is not a good idea UNLESS you are absolutely certain no task
will have more than one resoruce AND you do not have many resources.
- If that is the case, off you go, Flag7 (for instance) is yes when Resource
Names contains "Rocky Marciano" etcetera.
