formatting labels

I am trying to print individual labels in word 2000 (using the envelopes and
labels option) and cannot see how to format the text (eg centre, font,
etc)This is no problem if I want to print a complete sheet of the same
label, as I am presented with the finished item as a word doc, which I can
format. Not so if I select one label to be printed.

Compose your text. Select it all. It will reverse. Apply the cursor anywhere
in the text. Right click and options appears.

Thanks for that. This still doesn't give me options, for centring, etc
