Formatting large mixed worksheet to round off to ten

So here's my problem...

I am trying to find a simple solution to formating a large (2000+ rows
X 8 columns) worksheet of both numbers and text. I am trying to round
all the numerical values to the nearest 10, but I would like to leave
any text untouched. Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks in advance
for your help!
