Formatting line

I'm trying to duplicate (in Word) the Word Perfect command Alt+F7 Alt+F7
which moves cursor from current position to right margin (with right tab) and
fills in the gap with periods. This is typically used for a table of
contents but is also useful for general formatting needs.

If you can help me duplicate this formatting style I'd be grateful
