Formatting Meeting Programs, etc.

I'm trying to format a program for a meeting where I want periods to
separate the function versus the person performing the function, for
example:

Conducting ................................ John Doe

I've seen this done in WordPerfect in the past, and it seems like Tab
Stops perform this function to a small degree in Word, however I need
it to line every item up so that there is full justification and the
periods make up the middle space between items so that you can have
something that looks like:

---BEGIN SAMPLE---

Some Meeting
Conducting ................................ John Doe
Minutes ................................... Jane Doe

Some Text Here

More Stuff ................................ Someone

---END SAMPLE---

(You can imagine what this should look like even though I don't have
things lined up right here, basically full justification with some
centered text.)

Can someone point my horse north on this one?

Thanks for any help!!!

Select the Parapraphs to format, and select Format > Tabs.

Tab stop position: the location where you want that right edge to be

Alignment: Right

Leader: 2 (dots)

Then be sure there is one tab in between your "Conducting" and your "John
Doe"

Thanks Veronica! That is actually a method that I was using before,
but it just doesn't quite meet what I'm trying to do. I would really
like to create something that right justifies the text after the tab
leader instead of simply creating a fixed length. Thus the tab leader
or the periods across the page would vary in length so that the text
on the right side will always be right justified and fill up the
entire width of the page or text box, etc.

The odd thing is that this used to be easy in WordPerfect (but its
been so long and I don't remember, plus I don't have WordPerfect on
Mac OS X) that it seems that Microsoft would not have left such a
useful feature out... But stranger things have happened! ;)

Thanks again!
