formatting messages sent from outlook

Hi, hope this is the best forum for this question.

Im having a problem sending mail from word to the
internet - internally messages are fine the problem occurs
when i try to send the message through
mailsweeper/firewall to the internet, it picks up the mso
formatting and wont let it out, the strange thing is that
this occurs with only one of two word templates and the
other goes out fine - is there a setting somewhere in that
word template that i need to change? changing the
mailsweeper/firewall settings is not an option.

any ideas?
