Formatting Milestones

I'm new to project so excuse me if this is a stupid question.

In the Gantt chart view, I would like my milestones to appear a
different color if the completion percentage is <100% and the
scheduled finish date is less than the current date.

I've been able to change the color of unfinished milestones using
Format->Bar Styles, but I don't see any way to relate the scheduled
finish date to the current date.
