formatting multi photos in word

I have a problem and I have tried many things. What I
need to be able to do is format 'multiple' photos at one
time in "word", but I have not found out how. Excel has
the ability to do this but does not keep them in order
very well. This would save me so much time if you had any
ideas of how to accomplish this. Thanks for your time,

Hi Cindy,

Some of what you can do is going to depend on what type
of 'formatting' you're talking about in this case.

In Word, graphics can be inline with text or 'wrapped'
(floating free of the text). You can select all inline or
all not-inline graphics at once either with the select
object (white arrow) on the Drawing toolbar by drawing
a lasso around them with that tool, or you can add the
Select Multiple Object selection tool to the toolbar from
Tools=>Customize=>Commands=>Drawing, which will let
you choose any not-inline object from a list.

You can also go through the document and select graphics
while holding down the ctrl key.
