Formatting Multiple Pictures in Picture Manager (or other software

I have a number of photos (~3500) to print however a lot of them are too dark.

Is there any way of selecting multiple pictures and altering their
brightness & contrast (with the same settings) all at once...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
