Formatting one page in a document with two columns

Word 2007 - is it possible to have one page in a multi-page document with
two columns?

Insert a "Section Break - Continuous" before and after the area you want to
be 2-columns. Then change the format for columns within this Break. Insert a
page break before and after this area if you want it to be a defined seperate
page.

Thank you very much - it is actually the last page in the document, so the
"after" one is redundant.
All I need to do is to resolve the page numbering.... <sigh>

If the footer is "same as previous" linked you should not have any problem.
Also check the page number format for "continue from previous section".

Not necessarily. The last continuous section break (even at the end) will
equally balance the columns if that's the desired result.
