Formatting options for Project Center views

Maybe I'm trying to do something that I can't - but I would love to know how
I could do this:

I need to set up a Project Center view (information across the portfolio of
projects) that shows two phases of each project (not all phases, just two)
plus an intermediate milestone in between the two phases. I can't figure out
how to either modify the Gantt format or the Project Center view to display
that information.

Any ideas if this can be done?

What you want is not possible. Project Center views are limited to a single
line for each project. Sorry.
