Formatting Page Number Field

I have a client that wants their document automatically numbered, but
not with any of MSWord's included formats. Instead, they want the
actual words to appear, e.g. "Page Two" "Page Three" "Page Four".
How do I get Word to automatically insert a page number in text
format? I checked the switches for the field and did not see anything
for a number format as words ...

You must have missed some switches, then. The ones you need are

\* cardtext \* firstcap
