Formatting palett disappears off screen

For some reason my formatting palett flys off the bottom of the monitor
and completely disappears when I open it. I've tried adjusting the
resolution and have looked for preferences that might help, to no
avail. Anyone offfer a clue as to how to get it back on the screen?

Trash the "Excel Toolbars (11)" file - to be found in the
"~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft" Folder (with Excel closed). This will
reset any thing around your toolbar, including the "Formatting Palette"s
off-screen position.

You could also try setting a higher screen resolution and then grab your
Formatting Palette back to where it should be. I'm afraid it won't be long
until the problem is back then.
