Formatting Palette Disappears off screen

Suzanne

Using Powerpoint v.x, I have recently found that when I open the
formatting palette, it opens to a location that appears just below the
edge of my screen (it "genies" down from the menu bar to an unseen
location when opened - "genie" effect proceeds in opposite direction
when I close the palette). I can't seem to retrieve it back to the
visible part of the screen. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Try setting your system to a higher resolution temporarily.
Open the palette, drag it back north where it belongs and close it.
Then set your system back to the resolution you prefer.
