Formatting Palette

2. Formatting Palette, under Size, Rotation, and Ordering, click Layering it
says it is there when I go to customize but it is not in my pallette. I want
to layer but I can not.

I think you may have posted to the wrong group... Are you using a Mac?

Although it deals with Drawing & Graphics this group is a part of the PC
Word community where they don't have a Formatting Palette You'll do
better to post to:

Microsoft.public.mac.office.word

We'll have a better idea what you're dealing with, but you'll still have to
provide more exact info. Be sure to specify your version & update level of
Office & OS X. Additionally you'll have to clarify what you mean by
"Layering" & what instructions you're trying to follow.
