When I first upgraded to Office 2004, the formatting palette would open on-screen when I clicked on the icon. Months later, it began to go off screen. I was able to use "full screen" mode to grab it and pull it back on-screen. Now it goes off-screen when opened and I can't do anything to find it. I have to use the "Format cells" from the toolbar. How can I get the "formatting palette to again appear on-screen?
