Formatting phone numbers in contacts

Outlooks 2003 SP3, I synchronize my contacts with my Blackberry. When I save some number on my phone, it saves as 2125559876. So when it is copied to outlooks it remains like that.
Is there anyway to format ALL numbers in my address book in format of (xxx) xxx-xxxx ?

Thanks but that article did not address how to automatically edit all the numbers with the format. I guess that will have to be done manually.
When I look at the numbers on my phone, some of them still look like 2125551234.
