Formatting Portfolio Analyzer Data

I have a question about the Portfolio Analyze

I create a Portfolio Analyzer view with Work and Baseline Wor
details. The data related to the above mentioned fields are showin
in hours. How can I show them in days.

Please help

You could create a calculated field within the Analyzer view, call it Days,
and set it to Work/8 (or however many hours are in a "day" in your
organization.

When I am trying to create a Calculated field the option " Create
Calculated Detailed Field" is grayed out. Why
