Hi -
I use Outlook 2003 on all my computers and I use MS Word 2003 as the email
editor. I send email in HTML format.
On one computer, my main work computer, when I send email that way to
yahoo.com email addresses, the emails are formatted with an extra blank space
before and after every letter "l" (lowercase L). Thus, for example, the
phrase "all alliterations" will display in the online yahoo mail viewing
windows as:
a l l a l l itertions
This problem only occurs when I use Word as the editor. If I use the
Outlook editor, the problem goes away.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 professional on
this machine. I have also deleted the normal.dot file. Nothing that I have
tried seems to have solved the problem. I really don't want to give up on
using Word as my email editor.
Can anyone suggest a way to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Tim
