Formatting Question

I am putting a collection of food recipes into a cookbook.

Can someone please explain the most efficient way to format the recipes
so that they look like this, for example?

Title

1.5 cups wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-3 handfulls of parsley
10-12 cloves of minced garlic
2 teaspoons wine

I want the measurements and ingredients indented, with the numbers right
aligned and the ingredients left aligned.

Obviously, this example is done using preformatted text, but is there
some way to use styles to do this.

Thanks,

Bill

Sorry, here's how I wanted it to look:

You should be able to do this by using a table, or tab stops, or
columns.

A table is probably the easiest, and as long as you're only concerned
about how it will look when printed, it will probably allow you to
format it exactly the way you need (especially if you need to put the
recipe instructions below the list of ingredients as a paragraph that
spans the page).
