Formatting questions

A simple question:

Is there any way to align my notes automatically in a page so their right
and left edges align? Are any (other) global formatting options available?

The buttons for paragraph formatting aren't shown by default, but OneNote
supports Left (Ctrl-L) Center (Ctrl-E) and Right (Ctrl-J) paragraph
alignment. Justified alignment isn't available.
