Formatting related to can grow property

I have a report with the leftmost column containing a description which
sometimes requires extra space and is set so that it can grow. Additional
columns in the report contain numbers. Here is an example:

Line 1 5 8 7
Line 2 requiring 3 2 6
more desc
Line 3 8 1 5

Is there a way to get it to look like this:

Line 1 5 8 7
Line 2 requiring
more desc 3 2 6
Line 3 8 1 5
