formatting screentips in Word

I was wondering if there was a way in Word to format the screentips to stay
open until the user moves his cursor off the link, or to change the colour of
the screentip's box from it's default white. Also, I noticed in the Microsoft
Help and Support Centre for XP that there are links that, when clicked,
reveal small definitions in yellow boxes just under the linked text that
close when you click on the parent window. These aren't screentips (the
screentip just says: view definition). Is this a feature that I could use in
Word without a vast knowledge of programming? This type of tip would be ideal
for my documents. Thanks!

Try just inserting a comment at that point. Its not quite the same effect,
but it might achieve something close enough
