formatting shapes in visio org chart

I'm fairly new to Visio but this is causing me some grief.

I want my job titles to be on one line and not wrap. I therefore need wider
shaped boxes than the ones that are created when I drag and drop from the
shape menu and even if I copy a box I've changed it goes back to the default
shape.

It also seems to insist on leaving space for the name under the job title -
except I don't want names, just the job titles - and this screws up the
formatting (I can't centre justify vertically).

Finally, I have 20 identical subordinate positions to add to one manager. I
know I can generate multiple boxes at a time but is there a way of labelling
them with the same job title without doing them one ata time?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

The size and appearance of Organization Chart shapes is controlled in the
Options dialog found in the Organization Chart menu. You can specify a new
shape size and control which properties you want to use.

To set many custom properties at once, select your Org Chart shapes. Then
open the Custom Properties Window from the View menu. Enter your data to
see it applied to all the selected shapes.
