Formatting table with two title rows

Sometimes, tables with two title rows are required. Is it possible to
define a table style, which will take this into account? How?

E.g.

No | Today | Yesterday |
| AM | PM | AM | PM |
1 | 5 | 8 | 3 | 4 |

In this case BOTH first rows are title rows, and they should be
formatted the same way.

Marko,
Just a thought, format your table as you like, select it and make an
AutoText out of it.
Every time you need your table just type in the name of your AutoText en hit
enter.
