formatting tables all the same way

I have a number of tables of different sizes and I want
them to be all one size. Do I have to do them one by one
or is there a quick way to do this. Also I would like the
grid lines to print, but when I click on the show
gridlines button, gridlines don't print. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

There's no easy way to resize the tables in one go.

Gridlines never print. Apply borders if you want to print lines between rows
and columns.
