Formatting tables

I'm still having problems formatting tables. I've set them at 95% width yet
get different results on different websites. If you take a look at the
iframe on http://www.book-holidays-direct.com/Bulgaria.htm you will notice
that the contents of the frame doesn't fit and is to wide, This page was set
with a width of 95%. Yet if you take a look at
http://www.all-inclusive-hotels.co.uk/tenerife.htm you will see that all
pages within the frame fit nicely. These were set exactly the same at 95%.
Any ideas as to why I'm getting different results?

The main table on the above page is set 100% width

This page was set
with a width of 95%. Yet if you take a look at http://www.all-inclusive-hotels.co.uk/tenerife.htm
you will see that all pages within the frame fit nicely.
On this page the main table is set to 91% width

These were set exactly the same at 95%.
