My question has nothing to do with decimal points. All I
want is a word or figures to be on rightmost position of
the line AND that an "Enter" thereafter will bring me back
to the start of the next line. WordPerfect does this with
the F7 command. Thank you.

The decimal point could be the issue. This is not Word Perfect. What I
suspect was missing from the previous answers was that although this type of
alignment is set in Word using either a right aligned tab or a decimal tab
(The right aligned tab will set the alignment against the 0 of 22.50 whereas
the decimal tab will set it against the decimal point after 22.) to move to
the next line press not enter but shift+enter which continues in the same
paragraph.

It will save you some time if you create a paragraph style containing the
tab which you can apply to the entry list.
