Formatting Word doc in Windows 2000

I set my format for 5" x 7" paper; top & bottom margins and created a phone
directory. After saving it and opening it again, all formatting was
missing. How can I re-format and yet save the typed information?

Make sure that you are in Design View when you make your
changes and do your save otherwise they may not be
permanent.
