Formatting

I've been trying to learn One Note in the last two weeks. well, today I went
live with my new skills. Saw 8 patients and did it all with ON. Two major
problems: 1) it's slow process starting a section and page. I've decided to
have each patient as a section. By the time I've named the section and
selected the right stationery I feel like it's been 5 minutes wasted.


question: is there a faster way of creating sections?

2) I've figured out how to create a 3 page form in ON. I use the auto page
formatting instead of letter. This allows me to create a multiple page
template but doesn't give me flexibility of formatting page margins. As a
result I'm using only about 2/3 of the page width. (i.e. wide margins).

question: How can I format page set-up for a multiple page document?

Can you set up several sections beforehand with correct stationery and a
temporary name.

Then rename them once you know the patient's name?

Thanks for the tip. Seems so simple but I'm not the most organized person
and ON is forcing me to get organize.
