Formfield Help Popup Macro

My boss wants a form that will popup help text when formfield is
entered. If help info is entered in field's properties, can one macro
be written to popup that help on entry to field?

You could run a macro on entry to the form field that contained a message
box containing the help.

I'm sure it could, but wouldn't all those pop-ups be irritating to the
user after a while?! When setting the properties of the form fields,
why not place the help text in both the Help Key and Status Bar in
"Add Help Text"? If need be, add a macro to display a one-time
reminder along the lines of "For assistance with a field, check the
status bar - or hit F1 - on field entry".
