Formmail Script Advice Needed

Hi -
We just switched a site from a unix server to windows 2003 server. Now the
forms that e-mail us the "contact us' information do not work properly upon
submit. The host says that we need a script on our site to enable formmail.
Can anyone recommend a simple script that is suitable for a short contact us
form...and input on putting it on the site? Thanks so much!

If FP extensions are installed, FrontPage can process any of your forms
easily.
