Forms and Attachments

I want to create some forms, this forms will be used over and over again

I also want to include an attachment in each of the forms. Can I do this or have i got to attach each attachment when i am composing the message at send time

Is there any special coding needed

It depends on whether the attachment will be exactly the same file each
time.
