Forms and Mail Merge

Hello All,

How can I use “Forms†and “Mail Merge†together. The problem is that if I
create the form fields and add form protection (so the recipient can only
modify the Form fields) then all of the “Mail Merge†functions are also
disabled. In this protected state I cannot execute mail merging.

Please let me know what would be the proper way to use Forms (e.g.
checkboxes) with Mail Merge.
