Forms and Pages

I am tryin to design a form and a Data Access Page which
incorporates several ActiveX Controls. I have managed to
do that but would like the following:

1. The ability to input data and once saved for the
fields to show blank.

2. When another person opens the form or DAP, I dont want
them to have access to any of the data already stored in
the database.

As it stands now, it all works but people who enter data
can see what was previously stored. I would like a
security level that allows for data input, but no viewing.

Is that possible and if so how?
