Forms and Word

Hello,
After inputting and saving information in a form's text cell (Note field),
with a command button I would like to launch Word and have such text
reflected in the document. Doing it from Word where it picks up data from
SQL tables works fine but I cannot get the form to work. Can it be done and
how?
