Forms authentication problem with the SQL Server

Dear All,

I seek your support as I am trying to implement forms based authentication.
I am stuck at the stage of importing the users file into sql membership
store. the error message i am getting is" unable to connect SQL Server".
though i have enabled the remote connection on SQL server.

Please suggest.
