Hi Greg,

You are going to have to be more explicit... at least for me to understand
what it is you need!
I have 3 check box fields in a word document.
Together (as part of a multiple choice for exemple...) or spread out here
and there? How were they inserted (Control or Form toolbar)?
What I would like to do is have a macro button set up after the user
A macro button... You mean a button on a toolbar that executes a macro when
clicked? A {MACROBUTTON} field? An ActiveX button?

Select or or skip? This is very different. Do you mean the "button" will
appear after "select/skip", or the button is already there, but unactivated
until "select/skip"? Or do you expect the user to click on the button
regardless of his/her having selected or skipped the check boxes? Will the
button behaviour be the same if the user has slected or skipped the
checkboxes?
areas of the document. I am using Word 2000. HELP!
Where are the autotext coming from? Are they already in the template? Will
they be user-defined (according to the checkboxes for exemplae...)?

Finally, do you need help with the checkboxes, the "button" or the autotext
insertion?

Cheers!

Send me an email at (e-mail address removed) and I'll send you a
template that does this in a protected form. (Actually inserts text, but you
can modify to insert an AT entry.)
