Forms Code Disappears!!

Hi,

I am having a very strange problem. I have a form with two text boxes, one Combo box, few labels and two button over it. In text boxes i am using DLookUp function and in combo box i am writing a query to pull the records to populate the list. And i have written OnClick events for the buttons too. Now what happens is when i am done doing all this and after saving i quit the database and open it up again all the code part and some times even the properties of the form are no longer there. I have made a brand new database have imported all the forms, reports etc etc in it. Have made the form from scratch in it but all is the same. Please if any body can tell me the possible problem or reason behind all this
