forms continuos when chooses a product

As I do in a forms continuos when chooses a product appears " A " in another
field and in the next line already appears " B " and and so on.

example

PRODUCT1 A
PRODUCT1 B
PRODUTC2 A
PRODUCT2 B

Or be A and B it would be automatic.
