Forms disappearing

A recurring problem for a couple of years has been forms not appearing in the
Tools, Forms, Choose Forms list

It happened in the XP Pro 2000 with Office 2000 and now with XP 2003 with
Office 2003. When i go to Folder List, the forms are they and they reappear
all of a sudden, but it happens so often i am wondering why. Any ideas
please?

No ideas, especially since you didn't indicate where these disappearing forms are published -- Organizational Forms library, Personal Forms library,individual folders.

Erm - i would love to answer the question, but i don;t understand it

All i know is normally the clients go to tools, forms, choose forms and
there are forms there, but every now and again, they disappear - sorry to be
so vague

If you were to go to Tools | Forms | Choose Forms, you'd see that there are many places from which the user can choose a form. We have no way of knowing which of those places the forms are disappearing and reappearing in.
